We deliver reliably across Tanzania through trusted local courier services. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated delivery times:
- Dar es Salaam: 1 day
- Other regions: 2–5 days depending on location
- Customers will be notified of any unexpected delays
Free delivery on all orders over 300,000 TSH nationwide.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction matters to us. You may return a product within 24 hours of receiving it, provided it is unopened, undamaged, and in its original condition. Opened or damaged products cannot be accepted for return.
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@naturalbeautyshop.tz. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and additional fees may apply depending on the condition of the item.
