We offer reliable nationwide delivery across Tanzania and all orders are shipped through trusted local courier services orders are dispatched within 1–2 days after payment is confirmed.

Within Dar es Salaam: 1 day only
Other Regions: 2–5 days (depending on location)
Customers will be notified in case of any unexpected delays.
Free Delivery: Orders worth 300,000 TSH or more qualify for free nationwide shipping.

RETURN POLICY
Customers have the right to return a product within 24 hours after receiving it, provided the item is unopened, undamaged, and in its original condition opened or damaged products will not be accepted for returns.
